Tweens & Teens Portrait Sessions

If you have any additional questions, please contact us. 

We suggest booking your session at least 4-6 weeks in advance. At Dian Gran Portraits, we work with you to ensure your final images meet your vision, so it’s important to allot extra time for a full consultation and to prepare for the photoshoot. Also, if you are looking for specific props, wardrobe, or hair and makeup needs, you may need additional time to coordinate those details as well. 

Diana Gran Portraits is located downtown Highland Park, IL. Our exact address is 474 Central Ave Ste 204, Highland Park, IL 60035. We are located 30 miles north of Chicago in the Northshore. The majority of our work is done at our studio. Onsite photoshoots may be possible as well, please schedule a consultation to discuss location-based photoshoots. 

Each session is fully customized. Based on your needs, Diana Gran Studios will consult with you and discuss what you are looking for in your photoshoot and final images. Our typical session includes a full hour prep consultation, 4 hour in-studio photo shoot, hair and makeup, 12 final images, selection review call, and delivery/installation of final images and/or product. However, we offer multiple packages and customize to you specific needs. 

Diana Gran Portraits has hundred of props, backdrops, and fabrics that can be used during your photo session free of charge. Our in-person consultation before your photo session will allow you to see everything in our studio that you may choose for your shoot. We can also advise you on purchasing anything additional you would want for your unique and custom photoshoot. 

A Diana Gran portrait or photo session is completely customizable. There is no limit to the number of people in a photoshoot, however more people (and pets!) the longer the photo session will be. So there is additional cost for more people, but it depend on the amount of and shots, combinations, and variations desired for your shoot. During our portrait consultation, we can give you an estimated time and cost based on the number of people you want included.  

Much of the preparation for your portrait session will have been reviewed or done during our consultation call. You will likely need to bring your clothes and wardrobe choices with you (laundered, pressed, and ready -to-wear) as well as any props, makeup, or additional eed for the shoot. If you are having hair and makeup one in-tstudio by our team, you will need freshly washed hair that is dry, and no makeup. If you are doing you own hari and makeup, please come to your session with that already done. We do hav a prep are for touch ups. Also, get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated before your photo shoot day! You want to be refreshed and feeling good before your photo session. 

Your photo session is your vision! During your photo session consultation we will review your concept and vision for your photos and advise you on your wardrobe. You want it to look good on camera, be comfortable, and reflect your personal style. It is often a good idea to bring a few options in case you want to change or there is an issue, ie “wardrobe malfunction” or some spilt coffee! 

Photo sessions at Diana Gran Portraits are custom to your needs. Our typical photo session is 4 hours. However, photoshoots can be as quick at 20 minutes for an Essential Headshots to full-day depending on your needs. During your consultation, we will determine the amount of time needed to meet your vision for your final photo images. 

Typicaly, you can expect to have your review call to preview you gallery within 1 week. During the review meeting or call, you will select your final images. The Diana Gran team will carefully and expertly edit the images and prepare them for production and delivery. Delivery of final images will depend on the format and possibly the outside vendors if you are having your images produced as a book or framed wall piece. We will give you estimated times during our calls.
